Rental Agreement

It is our goal at The Guild of the Vale to provide a space that allows people to come together and create memories in a friendly and unique environment.  At the same time, we are dedicated to being a positive part of our immediate community.  Everyone who holds an event at the Guild is expected to respect both the building itself and the surrounding neighborhood by complying with the following rules:

*No noise shall be audible past the property line after 10PM. 


*Lessee agrees to leave the space in the condition in which it was released to them. 

 

*Lessee will be responsible for the behavior of all guests and will conduct themselves in a professional manner. 

 

*Damage to the facility or failure to adhere to the noise ordinance will result loss of deposit.

 

*At the end of the event, lessee will empty trash, clean bathrooms, wipe tables, chairs, clean kitchen and refrigerator, and clean floors. Tables and chairs will be replaced in carts.

 

*Lessee who overstays their time will be charged the next higher rate.

 

*Lessee will secure the building upon departure.

 

*It is recommended that lessee acquire liability insurance for their event.  Lessor assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or injury incurred during the event.  Lessee may only use the space for the specified activity.

 

*Payments should be made to Guild of the Vale LLC.  All payments are non-refundable.  Deposit will be returned within 7 days from date of event to the above address.
