SUNDAY through THURSDAY:

$795 for half-day*. ($1,545 with deposits**)

$1,295 for all day. ($2,045 with deposits**)

<Note: Sundays are only available after 3pm>

FRIDAYS:

$995 for half-day*. ($1,745 with deposits**)

$1,495 for all day. ($2,245 with deposits**)

SATURDAYS: (all-day rental only)

$1,895. ($2,645 with deposits**)

*Half-day rental times are before 2pm or after 3pm.

**All rentals pay a $750 refundable security deposit. 

°The rental price and the security deposit must be paid in full in order to reserve a date. 

°°The security deposit is refunded no later than 7 days after your event, provided the building is returned cleaned and undamaged.
